Welcome to Holmes Therapy, where our primary focus is about providing a personalised physiotherapy service – we are here to support you to achieve your goals. As highly experienced physiotherapists, we have expert knowledge and understanding of the human body and movement which assists in the diagnosis and treatment of disability and health-related issues.

Holmes Therapy strives to provide person-centred care, getting to know the client and their family. Therapy is goal-focused, assisting people to improve their function and supporting their independence. We offer services to children, adolescents and adults, including complex paediatric conditions. We recognise the importance of rapport building and utilising a client’s strengths and interests to achieve outcomes. We aim to be a central service, where we will come along the journey with you as you grow. We are flexible and dynamic, quick to respond as your needs and goals change.

Our ethos is to provide holistic physiotherapy. This means we go beyond providing specialised care to someone’s physical needs. We look at the bigger picture and how we can assist individuals to participate in the community, supporting their social, emotional, and mental health needs. Where appropriate, we advocate and liaise with the other members of the multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with doctors, speech pathologists and occupational therapists.

We are a mobile physiotherapy provider which means we will meet you at school, home, gym, work or any other community setting where you feel comfortable. We have the capacity to offer physiotherapy services in the northern and southern suburbs of Perth, based in Dianella we will travel within a 30-minute radius. In addition, we can provide telehealth to clients outside of the area we normally service.

Community physiotherapy services in Perth

We provide physiotherapy services through private health insurance and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). However, our speciality and passion is supporting participants who want to access physiotherapy using their capacity building NDIS budget to meet their disability physiotherapy needs. As a small business we have chosen not to be a NDIS physiotherapy provider, this means we can be more competitive with the cost of therapy and charge less than the NDIS therapy Perth rate, allowing participants to better utilise their funding. We can assure you that the quality of service provided is of a high standard, all therapists have current working with children’s checks, NDIS worker screenings and police clearances. In addition, we keep up to date with the ongoing changes to the NDIS to ensure we align with NDIS physio code of conduct and practice.
